Queen Elizabeth II was treated to a performance by current queen of teen pop Miley Cyrus on Monday, December 7 in the resort town of Blackpool in Northwest England. Miley sang her hit "Party In The USA" for the British ruler as part of The Royal Variety Show, an event which benefited the Entertainment Artists' Benevolent Fund.

Fellow pop star Lady GaGa also performed at the concert held at Blackpool's Opera House. Miley later wrote on her website how excited she was to meet the "Bad Romance" singer. "I met lady gaga!!!" she said and proceeded to repeat it more than 50 times.

There's usually a significant story behind every tattoo, and Miley Cyrus has one of her own to tell. The star of Disney's "Hannah Montana" recently caused yet another bout of controversy with news of her getting inked, and under her left breast no less. We couldn't quite figure out what those words said, and what it meant to her until now.

Miley Cyrus was spotted last week sunbathing in Florida. But the paparazzi photos hardly did any justice to what was scrawled in black near her chest. Apparently, the words "Just Breathe" has been tattooed on the 17-year-old actress' ribcage.

Now, it's not just another song by the hit-making star. It's probably not homage to Lindsay Lohan, who has "breathe" inked on her wrist. Celeblogger Perez Hilton says the tattoo is supposedly a tribute to Miley's friend Vanessa, who lost her life because of cystic fibrosis.

"Just breathe" is supposedly the slogan of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, an organization that Miley Cyrus supported ever since she bonded with a 9-year-old girl she met at a Los Angeles hospital. Vanessa passed away in 2007 and this is just the star's way of remembering her.

Despite the heartwarming tale, there's still the question of the tattoo's position. Well, it is close to the lung region so that could be one reason for it. Some fans also pointed out that it's close to the heart.

Still, representatives for Miley haven't declared whether or not her tattoo is indeed permanent. We may find out soon enough, but with her brother Trace being an advocate of ink, we're pretty sure his sister's gone that way too.

Before we hear any more announcements regarding those words underneath Miley Cyrus' left breast, let's check out some of her other projects. She's been busy gearing up for several shows in Europe, staying in the UK rehearsing for the 2009 Royal Variety performance. Gossip Center says even the Queen will be in attendance to watch.

Other than that, Miley's going to spend the holidays overseas for the Wonder World gigs, which will end on December 27 in Manchester. With all that's on her busy schedule, that tattoo of hers will definitely come in handy.

Teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus is under fire once more - this time over a tattoo she has been seen sporting on a beach in Florida.

The tattoo, which sits just below the 17-year-old's bustline, carries the words "just breathe".

One fan's blog is suggesting the ink-work is in memory of a nine-year-old girl called Vanessa who passed away from cystic fibrosis in 2007.

It is illegal to get a tattoo in the US unless you are aged 18 or over, with that said however if you go into a tattoo parlor under the age of 18 with a parent or legal guardian and they sign a piece of paper giving their consent for a tattoo or piercing for that matter then the underage person in question can be tattooed or pierced, legally!

And while we are not promoting underage persons to be tattooed or pierced, I will have to say I don't see what the big deal is, if you think Miley is a nice, sweet talented girl then she will continue to be, a tattoo and a piercing won't change that.  Besides weren't we told and taught at one time, that we really shouldn't judge a book by its cover?

Bringing an end to her Florida getaway, Miley Cyrus was spotted touching down at Heathrow Airport on Friday (December 4) after departing the previous evening from Miami International Airport.

Joined by her sister Noah Lindsay Cyrus, the “Hannah Montana” babe sported a Jonas Brothers t-shirt with black and white tie dye pants and black UGG boots as she strolled past the paparazzi.

Yesterday afternoon, Miss Cyrus was spotted working on her tan poolside at the Fountainbleau Resort, looking super hot in a pink two-piece bikini.

And from the looks of it, Miley may have gotten some ink as she was sporting a tattoo that read “Just Breathe” on her lower left chest.

Miley Cyrus stepped out in Miami Thursday sporting a teeny pink bikini. Though, it wasn't her attire that had people talking, rather what was spotted elsewhere.

In photographs of the star, a tattoo appeared to be visible under her left breast. It was obviously words, but it was unclear what exactly it said. But, now we know  that Miley's tattoo reads "Just Breathe."

The 17 year old had mentioned possibly getting a tattoo with her brother Trace, from the band Metro Station, and it appears the sibling pair may have gone through with it.

Miley Cyrus made a cheerleading squad's dreams come true when she invited them backstage at one of her concerts.

The "Hannah Montana" star reduced the Spartan Sparkles to tears when she arrived unannounced to teach them some dance moves.

The youngsters – who were all born with learning difficulties – were picked for the treat as part of Oprah Winfrey and People magazine's Headline-Making Heroes program.

Cyrus, 17, left the Spartan Sparkles open-mouthed when she recorded a video message for them, which was played at one of their training sessions.

The squad, from Bettendorf in Iowa, screamed with delight when the pop star revealed she was making them VIP guests for her concert in Indianapolis.

Backstage, Cyrus taught them some of her dance routines and invited them to perform on stage with her during the show.

The cheerleaders, who are aged between eight and 15 years old, have conditions ranging from autism to Down's Syndrome.
