Seriously?! Wasn’t once enough!

By now, we’re sure you’re familiar with the supremely stoopid SWATTING pranks that have plagued the Los Angeles Police Department and celebrities alike for the past year or so, which involves someone calling 9-1-1 to claim that the famous face in question is being attacked in their home, only for authorities to arrive and find nothing but a false alarm!

Unfortunately, this has happened to Miley Cyrus back in August…and now, she’s been victimized once again!

According to sources, police received a new call around 8:55PM last night from a woman who said she was calling from her closet, and that shots were being fired in her home!

Of course, when the fuzz made it to the scene, they realized that they were back at the MileyBird’s residence, and as gurlfriend was not even there, they were once again wasting their time on a false alarm!

Ugh! ENOUGH with this nonsense already!

This has just gone on waaay too long – which those responsible should probably realize now, seeing as they’re just repeating the same prank on the same people!

Here’s hoping this is an indication that this foolishness will be done with FOR GOOD…and soon!

While Miley Cyrus was busy getting swatted in Los Angeles, beau Liam Hemsworth was busy living it up at the glamorous Cannes Film Festival.

The Australian actor attended a promotional event for The Hunger Games sequel Catching Fire with co-stars Jennifer Lawrence and Sam Claflin on Friday, then hit the red carpet for the premiere of the film Jimmy P. (Psychotherapy Of A Plains Indian).

(Pacific Coast News)more pics »After the premiere, sources say Hemsworth visited the Belvedere party's VIP Room, where he smoked cigarettes and chatted briefly with a few female fans. He then moved the party to the Nikki Beach at Les Marches to hang out with friends before leaving alone around 3am.

Cyrus and Hemsworth have been rumored to be on the rocks for a few months now, but the actress/singer was recently spotted wearing her engagement ring at the Maxim Hot 100 party in New York City.

More celebrity swatting, more calls for this ugly hoax to stop.

Miley Cyrus was the latest victim of the horrible prank now known as "swatting."

Police swarmed the LA home of Maxim's number one girl on Friday night after a female 911 caller claimed the pop star was hiding in a closet after gun shots were fired. When cops arrived at the scene, they discovered an empty home, and, thankfully, no one injured.

This isn't the first time Cyrus' home was swatted. Cops paid a visit to Cyrus' home in August for the same reason. Other celebrity "swatting" victims have included Justin Timberlake, Ryan Seacrest, Khloe Kardashian, and Kris Jenner.

This madness must stop.

Liam hit up yet another party alone on May 17, attending a Cannes Film Festival soiree solo as his fiancee toiled away in a recording studio in Los Angeles. Is this just more proof that the couple is drifting apart?

Considering all the drama that came about from one of the previous times Liam Hemsworth attended a party alone, we’re surprised Miley Cyrus let it happen again!

Liam Hemsworth Parties Without Miley Cyrus In Cannes

Nonetheless, Liam hit up a party hosted by Belvedere vodka during the Cannes Film Festival on May 17 while Miley was halfway around the world working hard on her upcoming album. Liam is attending the festival to promote his upcoming movie, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

The party featured a star-studded guest list as Solange Knowles and Ahna O’Reilly were both in attendance, according to JustJared (and if you’re wondering, no, January Jones wasn’t there).

Liam definitely had a blast at the blowout party — how could he not, with performances by Rev Run of Run DMC and DJ Ruckus!?

Miley Cyrus Works Hard At Recording Studio

Miley’s Friday night was a little more quiet though. The 20-year-old singer was spotted dressed down in a plaid shirt, heading into a Los Angeles recording studio.

She’s been hard at work with her music and upcoming album lately — a day before she was reportedly in the studio working on a collaboration with Justin Bieber!

Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth Making It Work

Sometimes it’s hard to remember that Liam and Miley are engaged — they live much different lives! However, the couple has been working through their road bumps and is determined not to let their careers get in the way of their relationship.

“Miley and Liam are both still trying to make it work,” a source close to the couple told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. The source adds that — despite Liam’s solo trip to France — the couple has been working harder and has recently been spending more time together.

Damn, Miley! The singer/actress has had her fair share of wardrobe malfunctions, but this might be a little more embarrassing! Miley Cyrus hit the Maxim Hot 100 party, at which she was honored for making #1 on the list. The poor girl looked as if she had a white beard or dipped her chin in white powder before hitting the event. Nobody thought to tell her to look in the mirror?! It’s almost time for new music from Miley Cyrus! The 20-year-old singer has finally revealed the name of her new single, which she’s all set to perform at the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday, May 19th.

Miley tweeted, “Cats outta the bag! LETS TREND MY 1st SINGLE #wecantstop.” Well, #wecantstop became a trending topic pretty fast. Duh.

Miley also revealed an announcement photo for the single, featuring her screaming her platinum head off in what appears to be a sparkly tube-top.

Ms. Cyrus has been rather busy this week. First she nabbed the #1 spot on Maxim‘s Hot 100 list, then she sent a strongly worded twitter message to her haters, and then she squashed break-up rumors by flashing her engagement bling.
