The leaked picture hasn’t been confirmed as real, but Miley’s outfit and jewelry in the topless pic do match a verified photo from the Maxim photoshoot.

Miley Cyrus Chosen As #1 On ‘Maxim’ Hot 100 List

The alleged photo is from Miley’s Maxim Hot 100 photoshoot. On May 3, Miley revealed that she was chosen s #1 on the coveted lis when she took to Twitter to share the exciting news.

She wrote, “Didn’t know this was coming out yet. I’m so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100! myfanskickass dreamsdocometrue.” Along with the tweet, Miley shared a sexy photo of herself from her Hot 100 photoshoot sporting a metallic gold bikini.

HollywoodLife.com spoke with Miley at the Maxim Hot 100 Party, and she told us her initial reaction when she first learned the news that she was chosen as #1 on the Hot 100 list.

“My first reaction was to go straight to Twitter but I had to keep my paws off my phone,” Miley explained. “I think I announced it four days earlier by accident, but it was all because I was so excited.”

She added, “I had to keep my thumbs from pressing send.”

“She was kissing him,” says a source who saw them at a recent party. “They were definitely back on.”

Another hopeful sign: Miley is wearing her engagement ring again. Although she was spotted without her sparkler during March and April, the singer’s 3.5-carat Neil Lane ring was very visible on her finger when she attended the Maxim Hot 100 party last week.

But those close to the couple remain skeptical that this reunion will last. “They break up, get back together, repeat,” says a friend. “They will eventually burn out.”

And it’s becoming clear that Liam‘s family isn’t too keen on the relationship. Us Weekly magazine is reporting that Miley and her fiance Liam Hemsworth were recently seen K-I-S-S-I-N-G.

According to Us‘ inside source, the reported lip lock took place on May 10 at Miley’s L.A. home. The source also adds that the young couple is still  trying to make the relationship work.

Sounds like promising news for these two… but keep in mind, Miley and Liam still have not been seen together in public in quite some time.
